Invoices
All invoices are payable within a maximum of 30 days. Where they are for conferences or events hosted by Alex Singleton, invoices are due within 30 days or at least 48 hours prior to the event, whichever is sooner.
Cancellation policy
Customers who have paid for a place at an event who cancel may be eligible for a refund.
If the cancellation is made 30 days prior to the event, a full refund minus a £50 administration fee will be given.
For cancellations made between 29 and 15 days in advance, a 50% refund will be made.
For cancellations 14 days or sooner before an event, no refunds will be made. However, for cancellations at any point, the customer may defer to the next available event, if the event is to be repeated.
Customers with confirmed places at events who have not paid and then cancel are required to pay in accordance with the terms of cancellation above.
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are forced to cancel any of our courses, we will provide a full refund or will offer an alternative date.
Recording at events
We may take recordings at events hosted by us in the form of video, audio and still photography for editorial or marketing purposes. This may include speakers and delegates.
Dietary requirements
If the event has catering, please let us know with a week’s notice if you have special dietary requirements.
Speakers’ presentations
To enable speakers to provide you with materials related to their speech, such as PowerPoint presentations, we may provide our speakers with your contact details. To enable networking, we may also provide other delates with a list of names and company names of delegates. If you do not wish this, simply let us know in advance of the event.
Digital downloads, DVDs and books
For orders of digital downloads and books, you shall be responsible for ensuring that any product ordered by you is suitable for your requirements and is compatible with your systems and practices. We regret that we are unable, to make refunds for any such products unless they are faulty.
